Inspection frequently receives inquiries about reprint permissions and usage. Below is our policy for reprinting material from Inspection. For further information or if your situation falls outside these guidelines, please contact us directly.

Educational Use of Inspection Reprints

Educators may copy and distribute Inspection content under the following conditions:
  • Non-Profit Status: Your educational institution must be a non-profit organization. If not, refer to the “Commercial Use” section below.
  • Distribution Limits: You may distribute up to 1,000 words of Inspection content once per month.
  • Online Restrictions: Materials cannot be posted online or made accessible via the Internet.
  • Content Integrity: Content must be reproduced without edits.
  • Attribution Requirements: All content must include a URL linking back to the original source and a clear statement acknowledging Inspection as the copyright holder.

Commercial Use of Inspection Reprints

Anyone may use up to 100 words or a similar excerpt, provided both the author (by name) and website (by URL) are properly credited. Use of a nofollow link when crediting the source is not permitted. Reprinting photographs is strictly prohibited without explicit permission. Commercial Entities: Commercial entities interested in using Inspection materials must contact us directly. All requests, including the use of text or diagrams in any sales or marketing materials, require written approval from Inspection.

Pricing and Additional Information

Pricing for full reprints of Inspection content or reviews intended for print publications (magazines, newspapers) is available upon request. We encourage manufacturers and public relations firms to consider this option upon receiving a product review.
